Membership: Exchange/Cancellation Policy
Membership dues can be refunded within 30 days of payment if a member decides to withdraw from the association. After 30 days, the member organization will be considered a full member for 12 months.
An exchange of membership levels is also permitted within 30 days. A decrease in membership dues will result in a refund of the difference from LAHP to the member organization. Any increase in dues must be paid immediately by the member organization.

Event Registration: Canellation Policy
Cancellations for LAHP’s Annual Conference on December 1 must be received by LAHP in writing no later than November 23, 2011. NO REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER NOVEMBER 23, 2011.
